What is Interstellar?

Interstellar is a brand new GDPS created by liam. Interstellar is a normal GDPS with a twist--every level must be themed around space. Whether it's a simple stars-and-planets background, or a full on space opera of a level, every level will only be rated if it has some sort of space theme.
